OWCZARZAK, Charles "Charlie", passed away March 16, 2019, age 74 years.  Charlie was born in 1945 in Bay City, MI.  He had one brother, Paul, deceased in 2020, and four sisters, Linda, Maureen, Barbara, and Sandy.  He leaves many nieces and nephews as well as many good friends, including Russ Gunther.  He attended Lindsay School and graduated from Handy High School in 1963.  He lived in Tucson, AZ.  He was cremated.  On August 3, 2019, a memorial service was held in Carroll Park, Bay City, MI.
