EO2 Russell Patrick Oulch enlisted in the U.S. Navy, and his enlistment included time served in the Republic of Vietnam.  Russell was born on June 13, 1945 in Saginaw, MI.  He resided in Berryville and formerly of Benton, Arkansas for more than 30 years.  He passed away July 10, 2010, age 65, and was laid to rest at Berryville Cemetery, Berryville, Arkansas.  He retired from Alcoa in Benton after more than 30 years of employment.
