Darrell Alan LaRocque, born October 23, 1944, took the Hand of God and entered the Gates of Heaven on May 6, 2018, age 73 years.  A special Celebration of Life event was held on June 2, 2018 at Rivertown Funeral Home in Kawkawlin, MI.  As a Vietnam veteran, a special military tribute was included.  Following the service, family & friends met at the Turkey Roost restaurant, Darrell's favorite place.  SP4 Darrell A. LaRocque enlisted in the U.S. Army, and his enlistment included time served in the Republic of Vietnam.  In his retirement years, after working at Saginaw Steering Gear, Darrell loved to fish and spend quality time with his family.
