SSG Wayne H. Reinhardt passed away December 24, 2011 at Brian's House, age 66 years.  He was born to the late Roy W. and Ethel (Jacobson) Reinhardt on June 18, 1945.  He married the former Barbara M. Krauss on May 31, 1986 in Bay City, MI.  She survives him.  Wayne served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War serving time in the Republic of Vietnam.  After leaving active duty, Wayne served another 13 years in the National Guard and finally retired in 1986 after completing a combined 20 years of service in the U.S. Army.  He was past Commander and a Life member of VFW Post 3724 in Standish and VFW Post 485 in Bay City.  Wayne also served as District 11 Commander.   He also worked for General Motors for 25 years before retiring in 1996.  Wayne was born on June 18, 1945.  He passed away December 24, 2011, and was laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery, 1500 N. Henry Street, Bay City, Michigan 48706.
